Here are the notes from my class “Cannabis in the SCA Period”, taught in two sessions at Pennsic 50 in 2023. This was a popular and well-attended class, and I ran out of handouts in both sessions. I hope that anyone who wanted but did not get a copy at Pennsic has found this download here.
This handout includes recipes for two period cannabis edibles. It also lists sources for CBD hemp flower and seed, for those who would like to make “virgin” edibles for their own research or A&S projects.
